Wabash College offers a generous benefits package, including paid vacation and holidays; health, life, dental, and vision insurance; 403(b) retirement fund contributions; employee and dependent tuition assistance program(s); and medical and childcare flexible benefits plan (section 125, cafeteria plan).

Wabash employees are eligible for a number of discounts in and around Crawfordsville and Montgomery County.
