Wabash College is authorized by name by the State of Indiana through statute (Indiana Code 21-7-13-6).
Wabash is a participating institution in the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA), a regulating agency for distance education utilized by the State of Indiana.

Annual Security & Safety Report (2021)
This annual report includes Clery Act statistics from 168体育平台下载_足球即时比分-注册|官网 Security, as well as policies for immediate emergency response and evacuation procedures, including electronic and cellular communication if used. 168体育平台下载_足球即时比分-注册|官网 Security is required to notify campus immediately upon confirmation of a significant emergency or dangerous situation (not to compromise emergency efforts), publish emergency response and evacuation procedures on an annual basis in a manger that reaches students and staff, and to test emergency procedures on an annual basis. The Clery Act update also identifies additional offenses that have been reported as hate crimes, and requires more detailed memoranda of understanding with law enforcement agencies.
Fire safety statistics are also included in the Annual Security & Safety Report. This includes the number of fires (all types), injuries requiring medical care, deaths, and value of property damage in the most recent year by each campus housing facility.
For each housing facility, the College has a description of the fire system (including sprinklers), number of regular mandatory fire drills, policies on portable electrical appliances, smoking and open flames, evacuation procedures, fire safety education and training, and a plan for improving fire safety, if deemed necessary.
