Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams is a communication and collaboration tool available as part of our campus Office 365 license. Teams offers chat function, video meetings, and document collaboration to help remote groups work more effectively. See Microsoft's video training for Teams page for details and more information. If you would like to being using Microsoft Teams with your department, committee, or other group, contact the Help Desk for setup. Zoom Video Conferencing
Zoom provides video conferencing for one-on-one meetings, or larger groups. Individuals can sign up for a free Zoom account at https://zoom.us/signup. Free Zoom accounts support up to 100 participants, but group meetings are limited to 40 minutes (there is no time limit for one-on-one Zoom meetings). If you sign up, we encourage you to use your Wabash email account, but for security reason you should select a different password. Remote Access to Tech Resources
Nearly all our or tech resources, including Microsoft Office, Box, Wabash Self-Service, and Colleague are accessible from off campus. One limitation: it is not possible to print to campus printers or copiers from off campus.

If you are working remotely using a personal computer, note that Wabash software licenses provide for home use for employees and students for Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Mathematica. See our software page for details.
You can access additional programs, including SPSS and Stata, through our virtual computer lab (from this link, select VMWare Horizon HTML Access to run a remote desktop directly in your web browser with no additional software required).
Equipment Needs
168体育平台下载_足球即时比分-注册|官网 will do what we can to meet equipment needs to support employees who are working remotely. 168体育平台下载_足球即时比分-注册|官网 have a supply of laptop computers and iPads for faculty use, and are happy to discuss needs for specialized equipment, such as document cameras or webcams. If you have a desktop computer in your office and would prefer to take that home, that's fine, though we can't assist with actual move or setup. If you have equipment needs or requests, please contact the Help Desk for assistance.
Telephone Services
The Wabash phone system has the ability to forward your office phone number to your personal cell phone for answering calls from off campus. It can also send voice messages to your email. Contact the Help Desk for assistance.
