Mindfulness class starting in April

Mindfulness class starting in April
Feeling overwhelmed by challenges in life? If so, mindfulness-based stress reduction might be just what you need! I'll be starting another 8-week mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) course, at our local Quest For Balance 168体育平台下载_足球即时比分-注册|官网llness studio. This class will meet on Sundays, 4-6:30pm, starting on April 13th, and running through June 1st. Developed in the 1970s, hundreds of research studies have shown that MBSR can help us to be more resilient, and to better deal with stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and a range of other conditions. For anyone interested in the class, more details are on my website: https://mindfulinmoco.com/mbsr/ And, I'll be offering a free workshop (Mindfulness & Life) at the Crawfordsville Public Library (Sunday, March 30th, from 2-4pm) that serves as an orientation to the class and an introduction to mindfulness practice in general. This class is offered using a "pay-it-forward" pricing, where we ask people to consider what they feel they can contribute. The registration fees we receive are used to support people who take a future class (and, please see our webpage for more information or reach out to me with any questions).
